Beginner & Intermediate Level

A 30 minute workout and why it works

I trade time for intensity. Fitness Level is not time dependent, but rather intensity dependent.

I like doing compound movements. The more muscles you stimulate at one time, the more calories you are burning. And it saves “Time”. Plus, you are training at such a high level you are building LEAN muscle. Less is more.

Fitness Services

John Mallory Fitness has a variety of programs available to help you on your fitness journey. Classes are held in comfortable surroundings with experienced supporting associates assisting John.

Women’s Self Defence & Personal Protection Classes:

Two classes of 2 hours each (4 hours total)

  • Classes are kept to a minimum of 8 participants
  • Dress is casual, loose fitting clothes and sneakers
  • No jewellery worn during class
  • Everyone can participate no matter age, physical ability or size
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Client Value Package:

  • 6 weeks, twice per week (12 sessions)

Also available:

  • Corporate Group Circuit Training (in studio or at place of business)
    – Mon: 12:15pm & 5:30pm
    – Wed: 5:30pm
    – Fri: 9:30am & 12:15pm
  • In School Fitness or Judo Awareness Seminars

Kazima Judo

With ties to Shimpokai Judo Club, the oldest in Atlantic Canada, Kamiza has programs for young, old and everyone in between.

Judo Packages:

  • One-on-one half hour sessions
  • Training for two
  • Training for more than two

Kamiza Judo also offers:

  • Summer camp programs
  • Winter camp programs
